AccuPid CMV Quantification Kit

AccuPid CMV Quantification Kit is based on multiplex real-time PCR technology for the quantitative determination of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA in human serum samples. The kit offers several advantages, including ease of use, high specificity and sensitivity, and the inclusion of endogenous and exogenous internal controls, as well as additional controls to monitor and minimize the risk of false-positive or false-negative results for each sample. This assay is used before and throughout antiviral treatment to evaluate the patient’s response to therapy, and the test results should be interpreted in conjunction with other immunological and clinical findings.
