AccuPid CMV Quantification Kit (RUO) is a quantitative real-time PCR test used for the detection of cytomegalovirus (CMV) in human serum. The test is expected to carried out before and during the treatment progress in order to assess response rate of CMV-infected patient. Results of the test should be analysed in conjunction with other test results or clinical evaluations. Do not use this test to screen or confirmation of CMV infection.
